Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Please note: as NESTORI LAB sells skincare and cosmetic products, opened or used items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Unopened and unused products in original packaging remain eligible for return within 30 days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@nestorilab.shop. Upon approval, we will provide you with the return address of our nearest fulfilment centre. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues — Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items — Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods and custom products. Unsealed personal care or cosmetic products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges — The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union — Right of Withdrawal — If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the statutory right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification. In addition to this statutory right, our standard 30-day return window applies. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. To exercise this right, contact us at info@nestorilab.shop. Please note: in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(e), the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery. This includes opened skincare and cosmetic products.

Refunds — We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your returned item.
